10. Communication Consent and Follow-up Policy

By consenting to receive messages via WhatsApp, you also agree to the following:

• If you do not respond to messages from Mahatva via WhatsApp within a reasonable time, we may attempt to contact you by calling the mobile number provided during registration.
• If we are unable to reach you through three consecutive call attempts, we reserve the right to check on your well-being by reaching out to your known or concerned individuals.
• If we still do not receive a response, Mahatva may share limited relevant information with your nominated contact(s), if nominee details have been provided, or with your listed Buddy as mentioned in your profile, solely for the purpose of follow-up and verification.

All such communication efforts will be made respectfully, with due regard to your privacy, and only as needed to ensure your safety and service continuity.
