Mahatva is a digital record management service enabling users to store and organize personal information and important details in a secure manner. We are not a financial advisor, insurer, investment advisor, or government authority.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in activities including but not limited to:

• Uploading unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful information.
• Attempting to breach or disable our security systems.
• Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfering with the functionality or performance of our services.

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or legal action.

4. Privacy & Data Security Compliance

Your data is handled per the Privacy Policy and in accordance with:

✔ SPDI Rules 2011 (Reasonable Security Practices)
We employ encryption and security controls, however, no system is fully immune to risk. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for retaining personal backup copies.

5. Intellectual Property

All product names, content, branding, and software are owned by Mahatva and protected under applicable copyrights and trademark laws in India.

6. Subscription, Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Mahatva operates on a prepaid subscription model.
• No automatic renewals are performed.
• All purchases are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.
• Payment-related issues must be reported within 48 hours.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access without prior notice for violation of these Terms or any security risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of stored information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahatva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, or financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use our service.

10. Communication Consent

By signing up, you authorize us to contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone for service updates, reminders, and support. You may withdraw consent anytime by contacting support.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
